Not trustworthy they scammed me

I purchased a rug a few years ago from a salesmen David. He told me he is the manager. The rug was priced at $8500 and it was half off on sale. So I paid over $4000 plus tax. I had my wife take the rug to get cleaned and she asked for David. David told her are you sure you want to have this rug cleaned? yes, why? David replied well the rug is only worth about $500-$600 new and the cleaning will cost you $270 to clean. He went on to tell her that she was better off buying it. When she told him that we purchased the rug from his store and form him. He quickly changed his story and told us as he mumbled he was making a mistake. Bad lighting …. We ended up not giving him the rug to clean and took the rug to NW rugs down the street. They told us the rug was a $600 rug and offered to have it cleaned for $150. My wife and I were here last week to look at an 8 x 11 rug. We went back this weekend to check out the rest of their rugs on display. They have a large variety of rugs, and the prices listed were higher than some of the local furniture stores. Both times while we were there, a gentleman named Ghandi helped us. Ghandi was knowledgeable, very professional and just pleasant to work with. And true to their word, Ghandi was able to give me a deal that was better (marginally) than the local larger furniture stores. Ghandi also gave us a good discount on both the large 8 x 11 and the smaller 5 x 8 rug mats, so we picked up two of them as well. Rug Plus is worth a visit when you are in the area. If you're looking for high end pricing for low end quality this is the place for you. You would think you're on Rodeo Dr when you look at the sticker price of these rugs. If you're going to ask $3000+ for a rug at the very least make the environment tolerable. It was like walking into a sweatshop factory. When I say it was hot we we're sweating a minute after walking in. Wasn't greeted nor was approached to be assisted in finding what we needed. We were only approached as we were exiting the sauna where he asked us which one we wanted to buy. Honestly with the prices & the atmosphere its like they don't want you...
