I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Alo at La Encantada . I was trying to exchange a brand new t shirt with the original tags for the same kind of t shirt but a different size, this was given to me as a Christmas gift and that’s why I didn’t have a receipt . The sales person asked me for the name , e mail and phone number of the person who gifted me the t shirt otherwise she won’t do the exchange. She was not able to find the person record on their system and for that reason she refused to exchange the shirt. The sales associate was vey rude and incompetent which doesn’t surprise me and for that reason I asked to speak to a manager hoping she had better attitude and much better Custumer service skills.
When I spoke to the manager ( Emily) about the issue, things only got worse. Instead of listening to my concerns, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional, offering no real solution or apology. I expected better customer service, especially from someone in charge.
After this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back to this store anymore. The lack of organization and poor attitude from both the staff and management is a huge letdown. I really hope they work on improving the customer experience and hire more professional employees here but for now I will continue to be a loyal customer at Lulu...

Read moreWorst experience ever. As a loyal Alo customer, shopping all around the world, I never felt this bad in my life during my shopping. Manager is rude and acts like the dictator of the store, setting up rules according to her pleasure and zero customer service. I spent around $1,000, if I had option to go somewhere else, after spending all that time in choosing and trying, I would have left everything but it was Christmas.
