I was visiting Moab from Denver and on my way into town I realized my car wasn't running right, checked and the main belt was cracked and the battery was corroded. The first auto part store I called told me they may or may not be able to help me replace my battery. Called this store and spoke to Clinton on the phone, he was very helpful and said they could help out! Drove on over and Mike checked the battery, sure enough it was bad, he sold me a new one and put it in for me. Then, they both confirmed that my belt was also bad. The problem was, it was late on Saturday and a holiday weekend... All the repair shops were closed. They made a phone call to a guy just down the road who was able to fix my car and only took about 20 min. So, they sold me the right belt and I went and got my car fixed! They went above and beyond in their customer service! I am so grateful that I was able to return home the next day without any problems! Thanks Mike...

The owner and people on staff where fantastic . They went above and beyond . It’s great to see people like that still around we where on a two week camping trip out at Canyon Land National Park my battery went dead on our Pathfinder . We got a boost went into Moab found Car Quest found battery was dead no surprise replace it but battery connection was gone . Clark jury rigged to get us by so we stayed in town till he ordered new part from Salt Lake City . It arrived next morning . He set us up with Slick Rock Automotive they fix it in 30 minutes . No one try to over charged because we where out of town or was in dyer need . Truly quality people . We where blessed and thankful to Car Quest and others for being good folks . We went rest of our trip without any worries and we owe a lot to them . You reap what you sow...
