If you are looking for a kid friendly hotel, this would be it! Excellent buffet breakfast including eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels/toast, yogurt cups, cereal, oatmeal, juice & coffee. Swimming pool was clean and a nice warm temperature. The hot tub was in good working order. Pool towels are available at the pool. Rooms were clean. Fridge has no freezer compartment*. Coffee maker. A/C works. Bathroom was small but worked for our family with teens as the sink and vanity is located outside of the bathroom. The only downside to this location was the thin walls. We could hear our neighbors' conversations 🤣. A good grocery store is across the street with ready made food. I highly recommend the donuts and soups! The downside to the location, is that there is no cross walk to safetly cross so people were either running across 4 lanes on a busy road or walking down a good block to safely cross. Quite a ways to walk with arms loaded with groceries in paper bags. But still manageable.

I highly recommend this hotel. All areas of the hotel were clean and attractive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The standard king room on the second floor that I stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It had everything anyone could want. (Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, lots of outlets for standard electric plugs and usb, lots of lamps, tv, ironing board and iron, hair dryer) The indoor outdoor pool is open year round. (I wish it were in the back of the hotel away from the road noice but still great) Hot tub was hot. Laundry room was clean. The continental breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. Convenient location within walking distance of downtown. Lots of parking. An amazing value for money. If I'm in the area again I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Affordable hotel with a great location to Moab shopping and food. Double queen suite had plenty of space for luggage, but was located above pool and was very noisy. Ended up turning fan unit on to try and block noise. Breakfast is busy and basic (waffles and sausage links are only hot items available). Be prepared to wait for the waffle machine. Our hotel door didn't fully close. Called front desk and maintenance came up and removed one of the door jamb screws. Didn't feel particularly secure. Ended up always double checking door closed and placed our heavy cooler against door. Overall - average stay, nothing special

We checked in, Austin on reception was very friendly.|We had ground floor room 150.|No problems.|Next morning we went for breakfast, and that was... utterly abysmal.|I mean there is average, below average and utterly abysmal.|This needs a major overhaul. The room was some kind of conference room.|The food laid out across the top end.|If you are a diabetic, like myself, and need to be careful what you eat, then I'm afraid you need to avoid this place.|Your choice was limited, to basically nothing.|Anyway, we had some food in the fridge. So off we went, back to the room, to pick up our gear, as we were off to the Canyon lands.||Then we noticed the ants, lots and lots of ants on the top close to the TV, the more we looked, the more we found.|They were everywhere.|We had a word with reception, who, offered to upgrade us to a suite, and gave us a discount. We were advised to shake all of our belongings, and we moved to the top floor. Reception said the pest control had been in 2 weeks before, but they would get them in again.||Our suite on the top floor was very good, clean, a jacuzzi bath, kitchenette, and seating area.||The pool was clean, and well maintained, we had it to ourselves most nights.|We had a hairdryer, iron, board, fridge etc in our room as well as toiletries.||Sadly however we noticed the next day, someone else was in our old room. Which I would have thought would have stayed empty for a bit.||The hotel was in a good area, location wise for food outlets. Also a large car park.|It was quiet as well.||I have marked the hotel average, because of the breakfast. Which management needs to urgently address.|Staff in the hotel, were lovely and friendly. It was clean. Good location.|But that breakfast!!!! Come on!||Ants I understand are a problem in some parts of the world, and we were given a upgrade and discount, so we can't really complain about...

This is a great hotel! The breakfast was amazing, (Juice, waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, all kinds of sauces and spreads, milk, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and much more.) There was also a microwave in the breakfast area, which was really nice. The pool is clean, and the water doesn't have the smell of chlorine. The rooms were great, nice and clean, all of the janitors are really kind. They clean the rooms everyday. The hotel staff was great, they let us stay an extra hour after our check out timing. Although there were a few small bugs, (FYI, The bugs were only on the window side of the room, nowhere else.) The bugs were friendly, they do not bite. the beds were clean, the sheets had no marks, no hair no dust. It was quiet and peaceful at night, the pillows were really fluffy and the sheets were soft, I also love the soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, ECT, they were all top quality, there is also a gym, and many shady parking spots. The vibe was great. The hotel is in a good distance from Dead Horse state park, Arches national park, and Canyon lands national park, also, many other places are close to the hotel, there are many places to eat, shop, and even relax. The wifi and TV are also amazing. the shower is great, the towels are great. Everything about the hotel is amazing. There is also a market, and really nice grocery store in a walks distance away from the hotel. If you are looking for a kid friendly place, or a relaxing hotel, this is the place for you. Totally recommended. This hotel is amazing, and I will totally come back the next time...

I am editing my initial review because the owner just sent a very condescending personal email. This makes the hotel worse than my initial review. Instead of using the review to make improvements, they blame the guests. That level of arrogance and deflection is honestly unbelievable. This place is a complete disaster — from the condition of the rooms to the way management treats guests.

Let’s talk about the room. I requested a quiet space away from noise — you know, something basic for a hotel to accommodate. Instead, they shoved me in the noisiest part of the building: between the elevator, stairs, pool, gym, and breakfast area. It was constant chaos. Total disregard for guest comfort.

The room was filthy and clearly neglected. Mold growing in the shower. Sink and tub that wouldn’t drain — standing water every time I tried to use them. Absolutely disgusting. And don't bother with laundry — half the machines were broken, and no one seemed to care.

Before my stay, the staff was responsive and friendly. That all disappeared the second I checked in. When I reported the issues? Radio silence. No apology, no follow-up, nothing. They simply did not care.

This place pretends to care about guests until you actually need help. Then they ghost you — or worse, try to gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid it...
