Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Super upset! I used to go to the location near cottonwood mall but since I’ve moved on this side I’ve been going here. My first experience was kinda rough but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were busy. I had ordered 3 golden eagle chai dirty with strawberry soft top and they made the drinks and the color looked off and when I tried it they used incorrect coffee I believe the white brew instead of the regular so it had a real spicy taste to it so I asked if I can have it remade and the manager informed me that they would have to charge me for the remake which I have never heard of since I was still in line and the drink were not made correct. I did state to them my frustration and they did end up re making the drinks. Then today I ordered a large dirty chai golden eagle with soft top and I ended up leaving because I was running late for a meeting, when I finally tired my drink about a minute later it tasted like straight milk and I did not have time to take it back to the store. I called the store 2 times both for a hold of 5 minutes just for no response. I am really upset and ended up throwing my whole drink away which I did record for proof. I would like to know how we can fix this issue and resolve the customer service from the managers. Dutch bros has my heart and I don’t want a bad...

I just gotta shout out Giselle. She's seriously the best! Every time I roll up, she's there with a smile that totally brightens my day. she got this friendly, upbeat vibe that’s just infectious. Plus, she always nails my order perfectly, remembers it every time. Her attention to detail and cheerful attitude never fail to impress. She's quick, efficient, and super kind, making sure I have an awesome experience every single visit. And it’s not just me, I see her treating other customers just as well. Today, she was on fire, and it just reminded me why I love coming to this spot. Jaz was also awesome, Them two are just so amazing. there enthusiasm and top notch service makes this spot my go to coffee place. Long lines in the car lane, so I walked up to the window. Ordered 2 med rebels, one blended, one iced with Boba. I also tipped them. Waited over 20 mins, the group of 4+ people who ordered after me, got their drinks before me. So I asked the barista where mine were and they forgot about them!!! She proceeded to hand me two drinks that were made wrong, I told her they were wrong and she proceeds to say it's just the coloring is off. I'm traveling through and had my baby with me, so I couldn't wait any longer to argue with this girl. The iced drink has more ice than fluids.
