Panda Express — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Couldn't help but notice the other reviews on here and do not understand.

Supposedly the drive through is neglecting customers.

Customer service is not good, employees rude.

I may not have used the drive through yet but i really do not see these accusations as true. My daughter and I just went there to get 2 plate orders of noodles and ×2 orange chicken. Upon entering in the building we saw a wet floor sign, then someone moping the floor, then employees on their HANDS AND KNEES cleaning the table legs and then greeted with warms smiles and "Hello! Thanks for coming to Panda!" Not a single employee was on their phone, no one slacking off, no one rude. I work at an Albertson's in a meat department as an assistant manager and recognize hard working people who have great customer service.

Ordered chow mein and I hardly got any noodles. The beef and broccoli was mainly old squishy broccoli. The other two sides were cold. Meals went into the trash. Fried rice was hard. I’ve been here a couple of times and had the same issue I thought maybe I didn’t wait long enough for fresh food..this is the last time we come to this location. I’d rather drive to the other location even if it’s 10 minutes farther. I always have better luck there. If you do happen to come, check food before you leave if it doesn’t look good ask them to make some fresh for you. Adding this review to other social platforms and contacting corporate maybe the manager needs training or they need the recipes...

After driving for 11 hours as a trucker, I walked down the street to the panda express from the pilot flying J truckstop. Hope to get me a meal one of my favorite eateries and on the door is this sorry for the inconvenience we are closed. A young lady came to the door print to the sign and I’ll say what time do you open if there was any chance of me getting any food and she says that there is no water Mind you it is a little afternoon on a Sunday so...
