White House Black Market — Local services in Oro Valley

I've been a WHBM customer for over 15 years, but my recent visit to the Tucson La Encatada location left me deeply disappointed. The store itself is quite small with limited inventory, which already made browsing difficult. What stood out even more was the attitude of the sales associate. She seemed visibly annoyed and made no effort to engage or assist.

Immediately afterward, I visited another upscale store in the same shopping center and was warmly greeted by staff who were attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful--a stark contrast from WHBM.

Sadly, this experience has made it clear that I won't be returning to this location. There are simply too many other options where customer service is valued. I value my hard earned money and will spend it where I am at least treated respectfully regardless of that days dollar...
