03/02/24 a friend was in town and we went to this location. I dropped her off this morning, waited in the parking lot and when she got in the car she said that was the best UPS store she had ever been to. She is from Tucson. She said everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. 1/13/24 This trip as always was wonderful to everybody is always so pleasant and the music makes the wait so much fun. Someone had showed me how to use the self-service previously and I've used it by myself before today. Someone was there and had to still get in line while he pulled individuals out in order to go to machine. So I'm wondering if maybe you need two of them one for those that need help and one for those of us that could do it by ourselves. Keep in mind, Walmart has taught us well how to use self-service machine And I for one don't mind and I'm eager to use it myself and just leave the store. It still went pretty fast though but I didn't get to use the self one.
12/28/22 well, it's almost 9 months later and while I've been to visit the store several times between now and my last review, I hadn't had anything happen that struck me well when I was in the store on this day. Very long line out the door, several people behind the counter working. Each person clearly having their own task and working very hard as I made my way to the line I watched as this elderly woman was being assisted by one of the UPS workers and clearly something was going on about the money. I didn't know the details but all I know is the last thing I saw is that the UPS cashier. I believe her name was Sandi paid for the elderly ladies shipment and told her to bring the money back for her later. I thought that that was the most incredible thing I'd ever seen someone do for another customer in line and I just wanted to let you know that I saw it and it was amazing.
3/12/22 young lady at counter knew exactly what I needed to do to achieve the shipping ... and advised me of the least expensive way to do so 😀 around 11 am there were 3 people working and the line moved quickly

Read moreMy family and I are very disappointed in this UPS Store location. I very rarely do reviews, but after my experience I will never be returning to this store again. I called into T-Mobile yesterday because I had some defective equipment. T-Mobile informed me that if I simply went to my local UPS Store, they would be able to ship my equipment, T-Mobile then sent me a prepaid shipping label to print out, but since I don't have a printer, they told me I would be able to give the UPS Staff the code or email it to them to print there.
This morning I arrived at the store to drop off the equipment from T-Mobile, which they told me would be easy to send. The lady behind the counter was polite, but told me I would have to pay 2.50 to email her the label and then get it printed. Furthermore, I needed to pay for a box, which makes sense, but after calling t-mobile again they just told me to take it to another store. I ended up driving another 45 minutes north to Tucson which was okay because I was headed there anyways, but unnecessary as I was already at this particular UPS Store. The UPS Store I visited on Wetmore provided me everything I needed the guy told me the printing was .08 cents a copy and that the first black and white copy was complementary. He even went to the back and found a box that he was going to toss anyways and provided me with the label and the service was absolutely great. After everything was said and done, everything was free of charge and if I ever need to go to a UPS store again, the one in Tucson on Wetmore is the place to go. Read moreThe manager here is a real piece of work. Pay on time always and they keep closing the box. For no reason. You come in and surprised your box is suddenly closed. Repeatedly. You’ve paid and paid on time. For years. Their system is flawed for box holders. But a captive audience for packages. Just, as a box holder, yeah, go elsewhere. They offer unreliable mail delivery - haven’t received many a package - or mail piece and they are completely belligerent - manager Angie most staff - which is absurd when you have someone who pays you reliably time after time and finds their box repeatedly closed for no reason.and then you are told you are the belligerent one when you try to figure out the issue. Paying on time. Why are you repeatedly closing my box?? You’re the one at fault. Ok. Yeah, it’s me the one paying you on time but you keep closing my box. Huh??? My strong advice…Go elsewhere. Unreliable mail delivery coupled with the belligerent manager who can’t seem to process payments properly and blames the entire thing on you and corporate. The customer who pays on time and just wants their box not to be repeatedly closed for no reason....
