I have been having electrical issues for over a month and I have been told by electricians that the issues are coming from outside electric box. They advise that only the local electric company (TEP) can service it. Silver Cholla Mobile Home Community has yet to contact them and have them come out to fix, which means I go days with no lights. It’s a remarkable difference so far with Mar communities running things compared to the non existent Cal-Crap. Mar community answers the phones and are in direct engagement with the residents unlike the previous few years with the prior property management cal-cap.
