I love Viva Burrito food. There food is like my favorite. I use to eat at the one on Speedway all the time before they close. I was so excited when they opened the location near my home. Why would I give them 1 star, right? Well, I have been nothing but disappoint when it comes to service. I stopped eating there close to 8 years ago when they got my order wrong every time. There food is good but when I get something different every time, whats the point. So after 8 year, I figured I would give them a try again. This was a food days ago. They got everything right. It was awesome. I got yummy food I have been wanting for so long. I was really craving some more. So, I came in on 10/21/18 at 3:45. I went to the drive up. It was raining and I didn't want to get out. No one answered. I start thinking, maybe they are closed. I back out and see the open light on. Okay, I will just go in. No biggie. Doesn't rain often here. I walk in. The door bell goes off. I walk up to the counter and no one is there. No one. I start looking around when someone walks by in the back in sees me. They yell for someone else. They come out of the back shocked someone would be here. They ask if I was ready and I say yes. I mean, I had been standing there for a bit now and sat in drive up for a bit. Had more then enough time to figure out what I wanted. I said yes. She began to take more order. What I had planned to order was Three Tacos Your Choice Combination Plate, Two Beef Burritos Combination Plate, and two Churros. The Churros was the only thing they got right. When I asked for the Three Tacos of my choice, I wanted a mix of potato and chicken. The lady at the register told me the chicken wasn't chicken. I was concerned. I am concerned. "What is your Chicken". "O, its seasoned." she says. Well, unseasoned chicken is just bland so I am glad it is in fact chicken. I let her know that is fine. I asked for the Two Beef Burrito Combination Plate. I pointed to the menu too. Then the two Churros and done. I went and sat back because someone had driven up to the drive up window. They weren't answer the drive thru so they had to drive up to the window to get someone attention. I keep hearing "F** B" over and over from the cashier. I am thinking, "Is she talking about me?" I wasn't rude. I was nice. I smiled. I could have said something about them not answering the drive up or when someone walked up to the register but I didn't. She gives me my food. I got two plates, so why its it two burritos and a small container. I check my food and I got two chicken tacos with cheese and "chicken". I thought about asking them to fix my order but I did refuse the receipt and the cashier was upset at some female, maybe me. I didn't want my food to be spit in. I get home with $20 worth of food that wasn't what I ordered. Figured, their food is good. I can work with this. The chicken tacos were awful but I was hungry. I eat one of the Burrito which I couldn't finish. It was that bad. My husband was expecting beef burrito and his was chicken. He tried to finish my burrito but couldn't either. So, there food is great if you can get what you ordered. If you have to correct it, just hope you don't have the angry cashier and lazy cook to fix it. Both lady don't care if they...
Read moreSo this was our first time here , we wanted Mexican food but were on our way back home to Sierra vista from a late afternoon soccer game. Found this place was close decided to go. Pulled up to the drive thru and took us a couple minutes to figure out what we wanted decided to order and could barely hear the girl on the speaker but said she couldn't hear me and asked that I pull up to the window. Pulled up and ordered, fine so I ordered 3 #3s (3 tacos of your choice with rice and beans), I guess I was being to complicated because the register broke or the fact that she didnt know how to work it idk. All 3 taco orders were pretty simple 2 of the them were shredded beef and the other was carnitas also ordered a number 1 (2 burritos with rice and beans), they all came with medium drinks ok cool, my husband wanted a large she proceeded to tell me that it only comes with a medium and that she couldn't give us a large, stated to her we would pay the difference, I ordered an horchata with mine. Checked out paid for everything only to be charged extra upcharge for the horchata that isnt included as one of the combo drinks after I had already paid for the rest. Paid for it whatever, we leave park and go in to use the restroom real quick , that's another story, there was no toilet paper so my daughter and I used paper towels and as us women know that isnt comfortable but neither is having wet chonies, lol. Anyways go to wash my hands theres hairs everywhere, not going into detail but yea qas disgusted.. I go to the front counter to let them know theres no toilet paper and that they need to clean up the restroom (mind you theres a sign on the back of the bathroom door that states the bathrooms get cleaned and checked every hour so If theres a problem to notify management) yea they all looked at me like it was inconvenience for them when it was for us. Get back in the truck to eat, tacos are mini tacos and the beans and rice are hard and crusty. No cheese on anything but sure as hell alot of onions andcilantro, hot sauce was so hot I couldn't even eat it I had to scrape it off my tacos. Mind you I love hot sauce but when I cant eat my food or feel my lips its not pleasurable. My kids also like hot sauce and I didnt know it was that hot until to late. Needless to say 40 dollars for 4 plates of food that wasnt great not was it satisfying. Will never come back. 10 dollars for mini tacos and crusty rice and beans no thank you and the service was just as bad. Also one of the team members stood by the front door and lit up a cigarette not even attempting to move away so he didn't get it into the restaurant or blow it in people'sfaces rude at best matched the rest of...
Read moreI finally give up on this place. My experience of completely wrong orders and rudeness has now happened 3 out of the 4 times I've gone there. I ordered rolled tacos (no guacamole) with a side of beans and rice, and a chicken enchilada and an Unsweet Iced Tea. At the window she repeated my order all wrong, so we clarified everything again. Got home with with a raspberry sweet tea, no beans or rice, and guacamole all over the rolled tacos. This time I went back to correct it and was treated like an inconvenience. Not thinking, I left my receipt at home and was told by the same cashier that took my order that I need to pay for a side of beans and rice. Frustrated, I just set my card down expecting a couple of dollars. I was charged over $5 for a cup of beans and rice.. Now back at home, my girlfriend get two bites in to her enchilada and sees that it's just cheese inside. She was going to throw it away, however, being upset, I went back again. This time a different guy addressed me and I told him (with a receipt this time) that we payed for a chicken enchilada and got cheese. He said, "Yeah but you already started eating it." (I wish I took a picture to show that 90% that was still there) So after arguing about how in the world you find out the inside of something is wrong without taking the first bite or two, I asked for my money back because we no longer had time to wait and eat. They opened the register and handed me a $5.00 bill..... for the enchilada that...
