MT Spa Nails — Local services in Tucson

DO NOT go here for any kind of wax!!! Realistically, if this is how they take care of wax jobs I'm scared to see them attempt anything else. It was a mistake to go here, one that led to my physical injury, as in ripped skin and blood. I made the mistake of just going here for the first time today and I will never be returning. My skin was partially ripped, as in RIPPED OFF, and is now GONE on part of the back of my neck due to a poorly done wax, after I repeatedly warned the woman to be careful because I have very sensitive skin. I know it is fully possible to do this without injuring me because I've had other very careful people successfully do it in the past without ripping my skin. Coming here was a huge mistake, always check the reviews mistake to come to this location. This is even worse because I am in my brother's wedding tomorrow and there is no way to lose the highly visible, very dark portion of my neck what is missing top layers of skin.

I was then charged full price for my first time experience here that led to blood and ripped skin!! I will be reporting this. The least that could have been done was to not charge me for a job that led to me being injured (not to mention not blame the customer for having sensitive skin, when the technician was not listening/being careful). I had an amazing pedicure done here by the owner. She did fantastic with the massage and my nails. Although I didn’t have the best experience when she did my nails, her service was great but my nails turned out nothing like the inspo picture of a baby blue French tip. The shapes and sizes of the nails didn’t match and the blue tip was too thick. But due to their amazing costumer service she was able to give me a quick appointment the next morning. Her husband fixed the shape and the polish very quickly and gave me something I loved without me paying a cent.I would recommend going in for a pedicure with Cathy and if you’re a fan of acrilic definitely...

I will never go to this place again, the "owner" was rude and extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment two weeks in advance for my bridal nails for my wedding the following day as soon as I walked in she said she couldn't do what I was wanting which was a simple white glitter nail. Didn't even try to compromise she told me to go somewhere else after asking if she could show me what she could do. Save yourself the time inconvenience and money do not ever go here! So here I am 24 hours before my wedding searching for a nail salon. Extremely disappointed and 100% DO NOT...
