Burger King — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Ordered from BK on Costco Drive in Tucson. Delivery, as indicated on online ordering, was to be directly from BK. After waiting 2 hrs for my breakfast order, I called BK. The manager answered, and I could tell immediately she was stressed. However, when asked about my order, she screamed at me that she didn't know where my order was. Then she hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked to speak with her manager. She rudely screamed that SHE was the manager and, if I had a problem with Delivery, I should contact DoorDash. I tried telling her I didn't place order thru DD, asked it be delivered thru BK (this IS an option when ordering online delivery). She said she didn't care, DD picked up the order, CALL THEM! Then hung up on me a second time.

After 2 hrs, I received a call from DD Delivery person. She couldn't find my apartment.

If BK is not directly delivering orders, this should not be an online delivery option (AS I HATE DOORDASH!).

A BK Manager, or any employee, should NOT speak with customers the way I was spoken to. Reflects badly on BK as a whole.

BK should ascertain whether delivery service is familiar with delivery area. By the time I received my order, the sandwiches were soggy and the French toast sticks and hash browns were hard as a rock.

It is fair. Quick fast service. I usually tend to see egg butter crossiants be over around 10:30 am . Since I was lucky to get two last those guys.I consider it fairly good but nothing outstanding. Pretty standard which good enough for me. Pretty much friendliest customer service of Burger Kings and neighbor. There isn't much drink variety I like but it is pretty standard. The only thing I see more appealing to drinks are there slushies. Well it is burger standard joint and very iconic for me in childhood. There is affordable deals and especially if visit there once in while. I seem to experience get really good coupons for family of 4 deal. Plus you can please little kids with 10 pieces of chicken nuggets for less 2 dollars compare to big competitors like Wendy's and Mc Donald's. Don't have meals toys or that I recall. Through of big in bugdet with family. It would be more merciful but with coupons because it does get pricy if buy burger alone and for people more than 2 if keep that in mind but not to bad if go for available deals 😉. I’ve had mixed service a few times at this restaurant but it was during a busy time which is understandable. Tonight I came at about 8:30 ish or thereabouts with my friend. It wasn’t busy at all, yet, instead of the Texas Whopper I wanted to sample for the first time, I only got a double whopper with 1 cheese slice, white onions, 2 tomato slices, some mayo & lettuce, two pieces of jalapeño & pickle. What a let down!! Plus the meat wasn’t tasting of any flame broil, but was chewy because it’s been in the warmer!! I used to be a BK Manager in New York & I wouldn’t allow my crew to sell such a chewy whopper patty!!! Did the time to hold food change since I managed at BK or isn’t it in existence anymore?? Needless to say, I only ate the whopper because I was hungry, but I most certainly didn’t enjoy it. Additionally, I wasn’t given a receipt!!!! Another big NO NO!!!!!! Does Burger King Corporation still care about Customer Service & Have It Your Way notion in order to please customers & have them repeat customers instead of once & never again????
