I reached out to the Fox Lake location to get an electric strike door lock for my office. The tech came out the next day to inspect. Two weeks and four follow up calls later, and I am still waiting just for the estimate. I'm giving up on them. Even if they finally decide to complete an estimate, there is no telling how long it would take for them to get around to doing the install. This is especially disappointing, as we had a homeless man walk in to the office brandishing a knife.
