Bricks & Minifigs North Shore MKE — Local services in Fox Point

Came the first day of opening I understand that but my issues appeared when waiting in 30 person while 10 employees working but only 2 ppl working registers (obviously again it's their first day) so my kid tries to purchase the 8 dollar bulk cup and put a vary of Legos in the cup I wait for 20 Mins (yes I counted) to get service at register then they tell my kid the Legos in the cup overfillled and he needs to change to bigger cups (weird to tell a kid let's charge u more)it was 2 oversized Legos but again they didn't know my kid work for the money and wanted to appear the first day to buy something with his money not parents, this sadden him I mentioned u could give him a break they stated company policies,this upset and we didn't purchase the bulk bin I stated I'm a local guide I will give them a bad review they stated I was threating (tbh i had a bad experience I was honestly stating the obvious I been reviewing tons of locals place to help my community with good and bad experiences I've been thru with business I don't review to hurt their practices I review hoping they read and understand its not just about them I don't not recommend this...

This place has been a great find. I went in search of some missing pieces for a retired set I was building and was able to find most of them (with the exception of 1 extremely rare piece that I can't even buy from Lego any longer), and the staff was very helpful. I have since bought both new and used sets from them. When 1 of the used sets ended up having some missing pieces, Ethan worked hard to quickly replace them and even gave me a small credit, since the set was supposed to have been guaranteed to have had all of the pieces. I would have been happy just to have the missing pieces replaced. I will definitely be going back (and will not hesitate to buy used sets again) and will probably end up spending way too much...

My son and I decided to check Bricks & Minifigs today. We saw their advertisement in the North Shore Visitors guide, which was in the mail today. We were definitely not disappointed! We were greeted by Paul, who gave us a run down of the store, and he was fantastic. Between the layout, the awesome displays, and the entire atmosphere... It was great. My son said it was amusing to be in there. And we will most definitely be back. I enjoyed the fact that Paul told us all about the events they have through the summer, as well as their BINGO sheet.
