Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Fox Point

Five stars for the Snoodledoodle cookie, it was amazing and was the best part of dinner tonight. I love soft baked cookies!

Otherwise Noodles and Co. was not at all what I was hoping for although my wife said she wasn't surprised. She could assume from the menu and the prices that the quality couldn't be very high.

Both of our meals were bland. The fantastic flavors and ingredients described in the menus failed to present themselves in our pasta dishes. There was a disappointingly small sauce to pasta ratio. The side of soup was no better than Campbell's and the Caesar side salad was a joke. When their online menu said most dishes were around $8, I thought that was a reasonable value. It wasn't.

The only thing I liked from my pasta dish was the slow roasted pork. It alone was tasty.

Service was good, they had my order ready on time and correct. I was in and out in 30 seconds.

Bottom line; We won't be back, except maybe for a batch of...

My fam and I came here Oct.10th around 1pm for lunch. My hubby am I ordered the Pasta Fresca with extra shrimp and our son had one of their signature spaghetti pasta with chicken. We took it to go! I ate half when I got home n half later. Both times I thought??? Hmmm, it’s not as flavorful and does these shrimp taste funny or...??? When I ate it the second time, I added my own spice, but nope still wasn’t hitting the taste buds! Around an hour later, I started having stomach pains. Bad pains! I started belching, feeling like I had heartburn! I was sick all night! And I’m still feeling the effects this am! I’m saying all this to say, my dish must of been contaminated or may how your server handled it. I didn’t watch them make it this time. However as I am writing this I feel terrible! I had a horrible experience there. First off, I placed an order online for 8pm (at least three hours in advance). When I arrived at 8:00pm my order wasn't even started. Then after they finished my order instead of handing me the food they took four other people's orders. Making me wait an additional five minutes... I know other people other than the cashier can hand food to you.

Then when I got home with my food I noticed my buffalo chicken mac n cheese had a tiny bit of buffalo sauce which was only on the chicken and no where else which was different from the two other noodles locations I've had it at. There was also no cheese sauce and a very small amount of shredded cheese. I basically ordered a $9 Mac n cheese with less than half of the toppings. Will not eat at this...
