Natural Cleaners - Bayside — Local services in Bayside

We have been customers of Natural Cleaners for 15+ years and they have done an excellent job. There have been few things that have been damaged along the way, but they have always made it right (immediately). Until now. About 6 weeks ago a blouse that was cleaned by them was stretched out so much that it could no longer be worn. I brought it back and they said they would try to fix it and was told that the manager would contact me. A week went by and I heard nothing. I inquired and was told the manager would be asked to contact me again. Another week and nothing. I inquired a few more times through a few more weeks and heard nothing. I called the customer service number today and asked to speak with the owner or manager and was connected to the general voicemail. Left a message. Frustrated that there is no care or concern at all. I am out a blouse, the $$ to clean it....

I have been using this location for years. I once went to a closer location in Thiensville and that was a two-star experience. Never making that mistake again! The great thing I love about Natural Cleaners is my clothing never smells like chemicals. Now I know they use some sort of "natural" chemical solution to dry-clean my clothing but it doesn't have that traditional dry cleaned aroma. I utilize their shirt washing and ironing option a whole lot. It is something that costs a bit but is worth not dealing with the hassles of cleaning and ironing at home. The different options for starch are nice as well. Finally, the woman who usually is there is one of the best in customer service I have ever met. Genuine, business like, and personable to the perfect degree, she deserves tips if you are so inclined (10% of your cost is a good start). I hope NC never...

Been using them for years, but after showing up a couple minutes before closing time (6pm) and for being locked, I'll start going elsewhere with better hours and turnaround time. Over the years, the prices have increased (understandable) but so has the turnaround time. Yes, the text reminder and notifications are helpful, but dropping off on Friday and not getting 4 shirts back until the following Wednesday is too...
