I went here recently and it was not a good experience at all. l've been to quite a few different Qdoba and this one has to be the worst! All of the workers servicing me were extremely rude and I had to keep repeating what I wanted in my bowl, I was the only person in the restaurant which shows they just weren't listening! I ordered a chicken bowl and starting from my rice I got a half scoop of EVERYTHING and the guy was sprinkling on my meat and poured the rest back. I was seriously upset and everyone having a bad attitude I was afraid to ask for more of everything because the first serving wasn't merely enough! I felt intimidated by their dismissive behavior and I was afraid to ask for chips because none were offered to me. I definitely will never EVER be back to this location again!
Update: I went against my better judgment and went back here only because I was in the area and it was snowing (I don’t mind driving way out of my way which is what I usually do) I had two coupons and the manager (Mexican woman dark grey shirt) told me I couldn’t use both my coupons in a single day. Who TF made those rules because they sure as hell aren’t the companies rules! I always go to a specific location and I have NEVER EVER been given any issues regarding me using two coupons. I went and sat in my car and used my other coupon and ordered online. Look at how they put my order together. This is a low quality meal to say the least. I went inside and asked why there wasn’t enough meat and I was told I got two scoops. That looks like one full scoop, the entire staff needs to be fired and start fresh with an entirely new team of professional people. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN! Read moreThe manager there is a Hispanic woman she is rude. And she overcharge ppl. I ordered a kids meal and she assumed it was for me and overcharged me and didn’t give me my receipt. I wasn’t paying attention and went home noticed that all the items for the kids meal wasn’t there. So I checked for my receipt to notice that it wasn’t there neither. So I drove all the way back up there and confronted her. I told her she overcharged me and didn’t give me my receipt. That’s when she admitted she assumed the kids meal wasn’t for me. I told her what does it matter. On the menu it doesn’t say kids have to be present when purchasing a kids meal. And if that’s all I can afford why is she pocket watching. Just weird. But she reluctantly gave me the money she overcharged me back and still didn’t want to give me the apple juice that came with the kids meal. I had to tell her again to give me all what came with the kids meal including the apple juice. Then she said next time I come in let her know that the kids meal is actually for a kid so they would know. Like girl what. I don’t have to announce anything. Charge me for what I ordered and mind your business. And there were no black ppl that worked in there neither. I won’t be going back there. And I will no longer be eating a Qdoba anymore. Read moreThis was one of the more disappointing takeout experiences I've had. I ordered online for pickup scheduled 30 minutes later at 5:15pm. I arrived at about 5:10pm and upon entering the store was immediately disgusted. The store clearly hadn't been cleaned as there was food all over the floor along with trash and debris strewn about. As I waited, I counted 6 employees while one of the employees had their child riding a scooter around the store. While waiting other patrons came in, ordered, and left all while my pickup time had come and gone. I waited about 20 minutes (5:30pm) until even being acknowledged, as I had been standing near the counter with my 1 year old in my arms. I was finally asked who I was, I gave them my name, and they again didn't acknowledge my response and went about conversing with each other and casually going about their business. Throughout my time waiting, the staff spent more time conversing with each other and avoiding the work that clearly needed to be done. At 5:40pm I was handed a bag of food with not one word from the associate that handed it to me. The chips in the order were old and stale, and the disarray and sloppiness of the food preparation station left me feeling uneasy about the food.
