Rev'd is absolutely amazing! I can't say enough good things about it. I have had nothing but positive experiences since the first day I walked through the door. All of the staff have been top-notch. They all have been so kind, helpful, and supportive. The atmosphere is unbeatable, the vibes have been nothing but positive. Alex has been more than helpful and has been welcoming and genuine every time I see him, and so have the other staff members that greet me at the counter when I check in.
As someone who's new to Rev'd, I've had the pleasure of cycling with three different instructors: Clyde, Rachel, and Sam, and they've all been phenomenal. They're incredibly inspiring, motivating, and supportive, and they always bring their A-game. Each instructor has their own unique style, making every class entertaining and enjoyable. I hope I get to meet and train with all of them. Even the other guest members that I have met have been supportive and friendly. The welcoming vibes mean a lot to me. I am an introvert with extreme social anxiety, and stepping out of my comfort zone can feel daunting. But, everyone here has made me feel like a part of the team since day one. I look forward to every class I can get to.
The facility is organized, clean, and has an appealing setup. Their prices are truly unbeatable, and their level of accommodation is unparalleled. I had reached out to Rev’d via email about memberships and the person I spoke with was great. Email responses have been quick, friendly, and caring. Rev'd cares a lot about their business and their guests.
I absolutely love everything about it here. They have my loyalty, and I will never go anywhere else!! Plus, their music is phenomenal. :D
Overall, Rev'd is an absolute must - you can't/won't...
Read moreLet me start by saying I used to absolutely love Revd. The classes were great — even though they constantly started late and ended early, so the “45-minute” workout was really more like 35 minutes. I was a loyal Black Star unlimited member, but the way they’ve handled their membership pricing is honestly outrageous.
In just six months, prices have jumped not once but twice. The first hike was a 50% increase (fine, it was cheap to begin with). But now they’ve completely eliminated the Black Star membership and jacked the unlimited membership price up by 271% — yes, seriously. That’s not an upgrade, that’s a scam.
And for what? Definitely not better amenities. The Dedham studio has no showers or changing areas, Foxboro has one disgusting shower that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, and Copley’s “shower” is literally in a basement.
To make matters worse, it seems only a select few people even got the email about the price increase — probably because if you’re friendly with the trainers, you’re magically spared. The favoritism is blatant. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its members — and has a gym with real showers and some basic locker...
Read moreI really love this place. I started a few months ago after moving back to Mass from D.C. The instructors are super genuine, have awesome playlists and are always warm, friendly and helpful. Ali Reynhart inspired me during a solo ride and I was in! I think when you might be having a tough day or you are in a valley in your life, moving is so important and finding the strength of spirit to keep going. This place has done that for me in a short time. They take you at whatever level you are at and want to see you shine and win. I’m so grateful for this community and hope to keep pushing forward with the team spirit and good vibes that Rev’d stands for as a...
