We started our service with this company back in May. Here it is 2 months later and the job is not completed. They have made several trips to our home with products that are the wrong size, chipped and cracked. 53 emails later the job is still not complete. We have paid all but a small balance of the agreed upon cost, but are still missing a piece of glass for our table top. Their last trip out they brought glass that was chipped and unusable, which they wanted us to take and pay for.
