Terrible customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend frequenting such a location nor giving them any business.

Response to owner: It wasn’t parking in a spot to go somewhere else. Let’s get the facts straight I had three kids with me and I needed to get one of them to an appointment across the street. It was trunk or treat so there was no where to pull over. I pulled over into your lot and walked her across the street to her appointment with my car still on. By the time, I got back to my car (I.e., no more than 20 seconds), the owner was outside cursing me out for taking up a spot. I politely replied that I wasn’t parking I was just stopping for a moment to get my daughter to an appointment and that my other two kids were still in the car. At that point, the owner looked in my car and saw my daughter and called me an “awful parent” for “arguing with him” in front of her when, in reality, I was simply explaining a misunderstanding. There is no sense of community or common decency in your view for helping a parent trying to get their child to an appointment. There’s no defending that in my humble opinion. No person with young children should give you a dollar for the way you handled yourself both now and then with your responses. Incredibly inappropriate and disappointing.

Response to owner’s second response: The manner in which you are handling this situation speaks indiscriminately to the manner in which you deal with customers. The idea that I threatened you is outlandish. I hope future potential customers see my post, responses, and your inappropriate replies (again then and now) and will think better and take their business elsewhere. So I will take ownership that I did not pay close attention to this real cute owl light box I got. I went in to purchase fall or Halloween decor and in all the seasonal decor I found the owl. Once I got it home I saw that it was more of a 4th of July theme- understated so that is why it did not jump out at me. I purchased the owl the end of October and came back in to exchange it 2 weeks later- I don’t live in the area. I was not looking to exchange it for another season but I wanted to find a light box for the fall season that we were still in and what the owl was displayed as. The owner said that he could not and proceeded to tell me how one women tried to return something she had for two months that was a different season- not sure what that had to do with me- anyway he was very condescending and said he had not one fall or Halloween light box in back- I find that hard to believe these things were flying...

What an awesome store!! You can find hand made, vintage items ranging from furniture and home decor to hand made candles and bath bombs, there are some direct sales from Posh, Lipsense, and Epiphany just to name a few.
