Old Plank Pizza Company — Restaurant in Frankfort

I love it here usually, and I have come all the time here in the past with my boyfriend, anytime we have been in the mood for a good pizza! They usually never disappoint with the flavor aspect and always have hot and reliable food ,and usually have pretty nice customer service !! But this time my order was incorrectly prepared, and I had made it all the way home 20 minutes away not knowing the food was incorrect, and then had to call the store and return to get my correct order, which I appreciated they had no issues remaking for me. But whenever I got inside to receive the remake, I asked just for some extra red pepper and parmesan, and I felt I was looked at with confusion, and was told I could get you one tiny packet of each bluntly. Which I usually would be understanding about. But I feel like someone who is driving an extra 40 minutes back and forth because of a mistake with an order that was not made on my end. I just would have hoped there would be some more courtesy and care on their end as a business to be caring enough to give a nice and ample amount for a family to use for an entire 14” in pizza, instead of just being given one tiny packet of each, without caring very much of what was needed.I also got home and saw the pizza crust was slightly burnt as well (which in my note I left originally , I had asked for it to be crispy, but not be burnt at all...

Zero stars all around. First time trying old plank pizza company from a Google search after Rosatis pizza oven was broke and we couldn't get their pizza. Pictures looked good online so we tried it. The pizza was absolutely horrible. No taste in the crust sauce or cheese. I could have made a better one myself. Very bland. The space balls which were dough balls stuffed with cheese had no taste and barley any cheese in them and most of them the cheese had cooked out of them. The garlic parm fries came with no garlic or parm on them. The cheesy bread was again tasteless and hard to chew. When I called about my fries the girl who answered was very ignorant and rude telling me the cooks did put it on there and basically I was blind and didn't know what I was talking about and wouldn't refund me the difference I paid for the frys. I would never order here again the food is the worst food I have ever had and worst pizza EVER. Don't waste your time and money...

I visited this restaurant for the first time as it is next to the Pilates studio I frequent. It has a small town feel which was nice, but there was a dead bee next to our table on the window seal, small bugs flying around, and an ant on my friend’s menu. The waiter did apologize and offer a new menu. We decided to stay because we were heading to the movies in less than an hour. I asked about happy hour and a $5 margarita I saw on the sign and I asked if it could be strawberry. The drink was good. The wings were huge and saucy. I did ask for a different sauce on the side to taste it. Once we got the bill I realized what I thought was a $5 margarita was actually $13 and there was a $1 charge for the sauce. I feel like the waiter should’ve told me that a specific margarita was $5, not the strawberry margarita that I ordered prior to me ordering it. The mocktail in a can is also $8, which is a bit expensive. Needless to say, I feel deceived and will...
