Literally the rudest people. One guy (the youngest one) is fine but the other one so rude. He was talking on the phone and I said "excuse me" to get his attention and he yelled at me that the store is closed. So I felt bad and left but saw the sign and they weren't. I went back to ask him why he told me he was closed when their Google listing says open 24 hrs. He yelled at me that it didn't say that. (I just put in an edit). Then he said the lottery was closed. I didn't even want lottery. If they were a little nicer and had even an ounce of good customer service, he would've let me ask my question. I've gone here for years for minor things and I've put up with the rudeness. Never again. Never going here again.
Also I've found hair in their food and I've seen them cough near the food. They also picked up one of their cups that was kicked around the floor and put it back for customers to take. Eat here at...

He has refused me service when attempting to make a small.purchase on more than one occasion simply because of his misoginy. I have seen him treating women so badly at times that they left the store in tears. He has refused me service for no apparent reason SEVERAL times. i have these events on video because he was also quite mean and threatening and I did not feel comfortable AT ALL, nor did I feel safe. I intend to contact local law enforcement as well as the township representative and the mayor regarding this disturbing behavior.    Read moreI come here at least one a week to buy the lava plus. I often buy two at a time. Last night I bought two and when I got home, one didn't work. I came back in to exchange it but they didn't have it in stock. I asked for my money back and was at first told no. I had to waste my time asking for money back for a defective item they sold me. The cashier told me to try them before leaving next time...Why would I open both just to make sure it isn't defective? I understand it's the manufacturers fault it's defective, they just have to reach out to them and let them know the problem to get the money they are owed for it.
