I have worked with Scott to get a washer and dryer when mine broke suddenly after many warranty fixes of a (covid purchase) from a big box store. I was so fed up. I called him up on a Friday, told him what I needed as my family does A LOT of laundry and I wanted it to auto adjust to the load to maximize time and to alert my phone when loads were done as my laundry room is on the other side of the house.
