So, first of all, when you walk in and look at the menu on the wall, it tells you (for example) a chicken parm/baked ziti combo is 12.95. Then on the paper menu the same item is 15.95. THEN at the counter where you pay, there's a sign that says that their prices have gone up and their current menus don't match, so according to their ridiculous sign, "we are NOT overcharging you!" Really? 18.95 for microwaved chicken picatta or a "baked" ziti combo? (Also re: signage in the restaurant, the big boxes on the counter labeled as pre-made cannoli shells doesn't really match up with the "homemade desserts" sign in the window 😬) I had to send my baked ziti/chicken parm back bc it was just plain noodles with pasta sauce on top sitting in a huge pool of water. The cheese on top was just a big, white, un-browned blob. The folks working at the front counter were nice enough to bring my food back and have it remade, but the attached photos are what the re-made one looked like. It was still swimming in liquid, as if they don't drain pasta before putting sauce on it. This made the chicken really unappetizing because all of the breading was mushy and falling off. ALSO, on the top of the absolute mountain of cheese (and I love cheese- this was an insane amount) they put on top you could see that it hit the top of the broiler. The only char/browning on top of my dish was the dirt from the warmer they put it under😰 It just felt like the person that made my food doesn't care at all. I feel terrible that my lovely boyfriend paid so much for this meal when he makes us much better...

Nothing worse than driving about 15 to 20 minutes to get what you think is going to be a great sub/ food coming home and being disappointed. Happen to be in the area I thought I’d give this place a try ( 4.3 rating 🙄 ) got an Italian sub, went home to eat. Was excited and hungry of course, opened it up, an to find that the meat was sliced to thick and folded over which made it even thicker. In my opinion it should be thinly sliced, the onions were ridiculously strong, but I get it onions are strong an last the coke was not cold to begin wit so I used ice , coke tasted off….

Lesson learned for me I will not be returning it was one an done for me u less they change or persuade me to come back for a second shot at earning my business…..

I’m sure the owner will say sry blah blah blah but instead of that try and reach out to me an make it rite maybe offer a free sub n coke but I’m sure that will be wishin upon the stars… jus wanting to give people a warning subs are there downfall cant speak for...

Honestly after tonight this place deserves 0 stars. I ordered food, paid for it with my credit card, and waited outside in the car for my food for the 15 minutes I was told to wait. Being that I have my 23 month old in the car and she was getting fussy, my boyfriend went into the store to get the food. Not only did we get the wrong food, but come to find out they charged my boyfriend again for the food I already paid for. Yes, we were giving the correct food, but no, a refund was not issued. Because we were given the wrong food by the workers, instead of the correct food I already paid for, he was told he could not get a refund because it was opened. When I called, a woman who worked there acknowledged I had already paid for the food, so why charge him again if you know I already paid? It was not our fault we were given the wrong food, but hey, it cost us 21 dollars to learn to never come back....

Absolutely awful food, I don't even know how it's possible to mess up food this bad even if you just straight up microwaved everything. There was literally gunk from the broiler on the food, and this was AFTER we sent it back for being mostly inedible. I would rather go hungry than consider ever coming here again, and since every employee looked like they wanted to walk into oncoming traffic, I can only imagine this place hates their staff just as much as their customers. Easily one of the worst meals I've ever eaten in my life, and I wish I could force the owner to eat a plate of food here every day until they shut down. If they happen to read this, fix your restaurant or find a new line of work.

I'm from WA, visiting the area for a wedding and I needed my East coast pizza fix. We went to another pizza place nearby but walked out because there wasn't many options. We found Alfredos by chance and decided to give it a shot. I am SO glad we went here. They had plenty of options for 1pm on a Saturday and the staff were great, even gave us tips around the area and told us cool stuff about the wedding venue we would be going too later. The slices were huge and the prices are extremely affordable. If you also happen to be in the area and craving pizza, please consider Alfredos. It was so authentic and delicious :)
