I’m surprised by some reviews here saying the food is bland —I wonder if they ordered white rice or I’d be concerned about their taste buds. The orange chicken is delicious, cooking style is similar to sweet and sour pork where the chicken is deep fried with a crispy batter before coating with a sweet orange sauce. The owner suggested reducing the sugar level for the sauce as we prefer something more savoury. Taste was well balanced and chicken was juicy. Soup was great. Love the crunchy noodles that came with the meal, they were freshly deep fried and didn’t taste stale. The batter was also lighter than other shops which made it a great snack.
