This is a small restaurant next to an Indian grocery shop in a strip mall. I decided to give it a try. I ordered Kaju lahsuni with tandoori roti, this dish was extremely spicy, waiter never asked me what spice level I need. I like spicy food so it was okay for me but if kids were there in your group, then there was no option but to return. I also ordered Hyderabad dum biryani as take away which turned out to be a mint pulav with green peas and green beans, come on guysā¦. really???? and quantity was in a small box, half of quantity that is normally provided in other Indian restaurants. Cherry on the pudding was credit card mode of payment extra charges already calculated and included in the bill.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at Khana Khazana in Somerset, NJ, and it was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a great meal.
I started with Manchurian and Schezwan Noodles, both packed with authentic flavors and the perfect balance of spice. For the main course, I had Kaju Kari Curry, Paneer Curry, Rice, and Dal Tadka, and every dish was cooked to perfection with rich flavors and fresh ingredients.
The service was top-notch! Our server was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The owners, Abhi and Dakshesh, were incredibly friendly and took the time to check in on guests, which added a personal touch to the experience.
If youāre looking for delicious Indian food with excellent hospitality, Khana Khazana is a must-visit! Iāll definitely be...

Taste wise, the food was okay as there was lot of Garam masala in the Bhaji and the Pulav On notifying the Restaurant for the same, the reply we got was that this is the way bhaji is made I have been eating pav Bhaji since the last 56 years In India and around the world and in fact, in the foreign countries leaving India, there is a minimum amount of Garam Masala. Even in India, the Garam masala is added for the taste and not for burning the throat I hope the management can understand and pay head...
