I called to ask what time they closed knowing this is a holiday week and they were only open for another 15 minutes. I still didn't have the parts removed from the furnace but was sure it would only take a couple minutes. They told me they would be there until about 6:15 doing paperwork. I just stopped in here for the first time 12/27/22 because I needed a replacement microwave door switch. They were the only place in town that I could find the part. If you need a part, don't buy it online until you've called these guys. The guys at the desk were very helpful. Hands Down!!! THE BEST APPLIANCE STORE AROUND!!! I compare them to about 5 in the Columbus area that I have had experiences with. The are very helpful, walk you through the things to check for and check your old parts if possible, These guys at this store in particular are the best at what they do.
