B.F. Myers Furniture & Mattress Franklin — Local services in Franklin

We have purchased furniture from B.F. Myers in Goodlettsville in the past and was very pleased with the service and quality of the merchandise , so we knew they would be our first place to look for a new sectional. We had to be in Franklin and by chance saw online there is a store there. We went there and Sue Helsdon greeted us and offered her services. She assisted us in finding just what we was looking for. She was so nice to give us all the measurements to take home as we had to wait to sell our other furniture before we bought it because of the space. We sold our furniture and was able to go back in a few days and purchase the sectional. Sue really went out of her way to show us all the features of the sectional and offer suggestions of different arrangements with the pieces. Sue was just a pleasure to work with from finding the right piece to finishing the transaction. She explained it all to us through the process. It was easy to establish trust in her and she never made us feel pressured in any way. Since we live in Murfreesboro we are happy to learn of the store in Franklin. We will be contacting Sue with any future furniture...

This was my first time, Monday, in B.F. Myers Franklin store. I have been randomly looking for a couple of pieces…specifically new chests to flank our fireplace. I was greeted by a lovely lady, Mary Jean, who told me to just her know if I had any questions. That was pretty much it. I was left to shop the way I like to shop…uninterrupted but knowing someone was there to help, if needed. Went home thought about it and called next day to see if there were 2 available chests. I was allowed to take a drawer home to make absolutely certain the color would work since there was a design/pattern on the chest. Two (2) chests are being delivered today, Thursday, with no delivery charge!! Mary Jean made the process so easy I still cannot believe this shopping experience! Kudos to B.F.
