Between me and my husband we get over 15 scripts a month filled here and have a issue every month with something. Since Novemeber a lady by the name Amber has told me that after January a med of mine would need a pre cert. I informed my Dr and they assured me this was done and good until JULY 2022. Today I go to pick up a script after I called them once yesterday and also today to give new insurance info so I would have no problems at pick up. It was to be ready at noon. When I arrived at approx. 4pm the cashier said it wasn't ready it needed a pre cert. I explained the situation and said that the Dr. Said it was done. The cashier called over this Amber lady. She looked at it and said she would work on it. I stated I did not understand why they are having the problem every month. The DR. said it was done. While waiting I decided to call my insurance my self. The lady at the insurance said that it has a precept good until July, that they were putting in the wrong code. I told Amber this and she got extremely rude and said I'm on the phone with them now, I said me too and this is what she is saying. She rolled her eyes, slammed her hands on the counter and grunted. I said excuse me I have doen nothing to cause this mistake and you're treating me badly as if I had. I said every month I have this issue and the insurance lady said all you need to do is save the code and it will go thru. She said I'm not filling your script, I'm calling your Dr and you can go somewhere else. I said no its now 5pm and they are closed. This was suppose to be ready at noon. I need this tonight. Then she called another lady from up front. Then said I will fill this tonight but after that you need to get your scripts filled somewhere else. Ok so your telling me that because you don't know how to do your job you get to yell at me after being 5 hrs late on filling it in the 1st place then tell me to go somewhere else. I have never been treated this poorly in public in my life. My sister was with me and witnessed the whole thing. We were both in shock. This lady needs fired immediately and should never deal with the public again. This is not the 1st time she has been rude. Just the 1st time we had words. Thanks great...

Read moreHorrible experience with this old lady, Diana. She is always positioned at self-checkout. The times I am there during the day she wants to not be aware of those who need assistance and just talk to her coworkers. I was there during the evening 30mins-1hr before close going through self-checkout to quickly get out before they closed and was told I have too many items and that I need to go to the belt. There were open self-checkouts and I was told I had to wait for the customers at both belt self-checkouts instead of fastly checking out at the smaller self-checkouts. It took me 3x longer to check out at the belts waiting on her twice to come to the self-checkout from it having problems and waiting for the customers in front to be finished when I couldve gone to the self-checkout I initially went to. Theres no signs saying too many items to go to certain checkout lanes and they were not busy as it was close to close. Ive always had and seen bad experiences with Diana whether its not attending to customers when needed at self-checkout or this instance that just recently happened. I know nothing needs to be fancy with it being a grocery store, but Id like to not be told which self-checkout to go to when theres no signs of "limit items" and there being nowhere busy to having to go stand at a occupied self-checkout with...
