Showed up at 8:29PM today and the lights were off and was told they were closed. I said "Your hours are clearly posted that you are open until 9PM." And the guy just said "Yeah, no, we're closed." and proceeded to just walk away and finish cleaning up behind the counter. I've seen them close many times well before 9PM. Catherine was very rude. Also, she seemed to lack overall human compassion. Im aware this is probably not a requirement at this establishment. However, I'd probably receive better customer from a kiosk. Step up your game little lady... not all of your customers are the on the bottom of your shoe.
