Have been here 4 times and Milky has always done a good job on my nails, until last time. i went in 3 weeks ago and she was in a hurry since there were people waiting everywhere for her. I asked her if she was going to use the grater since my heels are always a mess and she said you don't need it. I went back in 5 days later and showed her what a mess my heels were and she asked what she could do for me..I said how about a redo. I made an appt today since I have been away and couldn't get in right away. I went in and someone else did my pedicure and I was shocked when I got charged for the full amount. I asked her as she was walking by why she charged me full price and she said "What do you mean". I said I thought I would be a break in the price after what happened with the awful pedicure I had last time. She got this ugly evil look on her face and said nothing...so I left! We made an appt bc my daughter was in a skating competition across the street and we had time between. I looked up prices prior to coming in and for a mani/pedi gel it said 70.00. My daughter ended up getting tips and special polish so I knew it would be more for her but was taken back when they said mine was 85.00 and my daughter was 115.00. I just started coming to Milky Way after frequenting a few other salons in the area. Those salons were always rushing me and making me feel like they were just trying to get out of there and would leave feeling like my nails weren't well done.
