Dirty. Staff is rude (unless you’re one of their friends) and cant get an order right to save their life. Been here many times and never once had an order been correct and if you go back in and even nicley tell them you ordered something else they’ll be rude to you and insist otherwise even if it says so on your receipt. Sometimes I even think they do it on purpose especially since they will gather around and laugh at anyone who tries to get what they ordered in the first place. One girl even threw an order across the counter at my daughter once when she went back in to correct it, and shockingly the manager did nothing. Staff always has a bad attitude and they have full on screaming arguments with eachother over personal outside issues while working? and the wait is ridiculous (which I partly can understand due to the lunch time rush and so on but you wait up to 15-30 in the drive through line because their employees are in there fooling around.) also sometimes even though they’re open until late hours you pull through at 9 or 10 and they’ll tell you they “aren't serving food right now” which is ridiculous but doesn’t surprise me since I'm used to their rude lazy nature. I would recommend corporate seriously takes a look at this location because even for a fast food place its the worst. Normally I never say anything about fast food restaurants or places with public service like that because I understand things get busy and people have bad days and mess up but its consistently horrific here. I work customer service as well and I understand however I can tell you I would 100% be fired if I acted the way they at at my job. However I highly recommend the walpole/attleboro locations over this one. Even if you live in franklin like I do or Franklin is the closest to you. I visited again two weeks ago and attempted to order two Crunchwrap Supremes using the drive-thru. The person working the speaker said, "Sorry, our screen isn't working." I offered to come inside to order, which I did.Apparently, at Taco Bell nowadays, you are required to use a tablet to order your food, eliminating human interaction. I ordered two Crunchwrap Supremes and selected the extra cheese option for an additional dollar. I had to wait for half an hour, along with two other customers.While waiting, I observed the workers in the back, and it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. They were getting food all over the floor and working slowly. Once I finally received my food, I realized the Crunchwraps didn't even have an ounce of meat in them. It was just some lettuce, tomato, and not much cheese.At this point, I was angry. I drove back to the building and requested a refund in front of five other customers waiting for their food. The manager looked annoyed and sarcastically said, "I love refunds." She then asked what was wrong with the food. I simply said, "quality."In my opinion, you shouldn't have to explain what's wrong with their food. It's bad enough they don't know what they're doing.

Read moreI ordered a few items. This was my first time trying any additional sauces. My daughter and I wanted to try the avocado ranch as well as the Chipotle ranch. When I got my order there were no sauces. He apologized and said he'd grab them and gave me two coupons for a free item with purchase. After looking at my receipt,he pointed out that I got the sauce on them not on the side. On the website, they pictured the sauces in little black cups as if they were on the side. That was my fault, I didn't realize you had to order it separate from the item or else it would come on it. Anthony (who I didn't know was the g.m until I was leaving) was extremely kind and understanding to me. To be honest, I wasn't nice at first thinking they messed up. Even made a snarky comment about good thing i checked the bag. He handled me perfectly even after realizing it wasn't their mistake he was still extremely nice to me. He even made me new food because as I said we were trying the sauces for the first time and didn't know if we'd like them. I said you don't have to do that, he said I want you to have a good experience. Anthony was amazing and we need more managers like him. He handled this situation so gracefully...
