Even though it’s under new management it’s he same age left employees behind the counter being mean and obnoxious to me! I had trouble with that he old manager nam d Alicia who did not wantto wait on me and removed me only from the two Franklin stores by police paperwork. When I asked to talk to the new manager the heavy set girl with tattoos would not let me talk with the new owner ! What good is the sign if the new owner ship won’t talk to previous customers! I have no trouble at any other honey do except for Franklin ! I thought the new owners would change the rude policy there. I did nothing wrong to begin with and would like to explain myself to the new owner. I have to travel to Bellingham to get my coffee! Everytime I go it seems like they have someone brand new who doesn't know what they're doing. They are always out of items. There is zero consistency. I usually get a sandwich and a flavored red bull. The bagel is either black or barely cooked and the red bull drink always tastes and looks different (sometimes it's not even in the same size cup even though they informed me there is only one size). Read moreThis honeydew is amazing it's the one that all of other honeydews should try to mimic or mirror if they did the franchise would literally explode again and you would see them like you do DD'S. The employees actually listen to your order and double and triple check, to make sure it is understood, what is being requested even if it forces them to throw out the coffee or some sort of a sandwich it doesn't matter. they stay very polite regardless of any mishaps.I believe the key element is the female shift leader/ manager that is there most weekday mornings. she's very personable with all customers and she runs a no-nonsense type of atmosphere when it comes to her employees very...
