Bought a DRAG3 TPP-X kit on 8/31 for $105.89. When following the directions and began filling the tank the tank leaked juice all over the place. I tried returning the kit 9/2 (9/1 was a holiday) only to be told nope, that 1) the device was hot. I explained that it was in my car all day and the interior heated up. he said "I'm not saying you are lying, I'm just saying it's hot". I told him there were no batteries...they never got the chance to be added. 2) They said they couldn't take it back because it is illegal. If the device is now illegal, why did you sell it to begin with? Or were you just trying to clear inventory before the new law went into effect? Regardless, the item is defective and they wouldn't honor any sort of return policy. I will avoid this place like the plague...

On a whim I stopped into the store, I was in the area and wanted a small souvenir to remember the occasion. On entering I was wowed by how clean and nice the store was, the atmosphere was fitting and I felt at ease. Everything was organized neatly and I could easily find my way around with no issue. However, I was absolutely wowed by the salesmanship of guy who was running the front counter. I believe his name was Cyrus. He was very personable, and able to hold a good conversation about the products while not being pushy. Amazing shop with amazing employee’s. Best deals and best products on the market. Huge variety of different products. The manager whose name is “Said” is awesome and very genuine. If you want a smokeshop that genuinely cares about their customers and the products that they offer them and take your health seriously, then this is the place for you.
