Williams-Sonoma — Local services in Franklin

I love this place and I've shopped at this location for 20 years. The prices are even more outrageous than they were years ago. But I still choose to shop here because the quality is excellent. And they behind their products. Staff is very friendly and accommodating if you're there to spend money :-) shout out to the manager who apparently did me a favor by having one of his staff members gift wrap the items I purchsed. Kitchen towel sets, Peppermint bark Scottish cookies and a bundt cake mix that used to cost $12.95 and now costs $19.95 same thing. I will gladly play extra what's support the star as well as Cool Springs Mall. Traffic seem to dwindle any shops really need...

Bad experience at the Cool Springs location. Item not in stock so needed to order and have delivered to the store. Could not pay with my Canadian credit card so had to buy a gift card and pay with it. Item delivered to the store but got lost because store address entered incorrectly. Item was also the wrong colour. Asked for a refund but now having long discussion about crediting my credit card since I paid with a gift card. If I could rate them with less than one star - I would! Horrible customer service from Williams-Sonoma furniture division. If you expect to get any support after an expensive furniture purchase - good luck!
