pizza. eveyone LOVES it. especiaallly the italoins… peperoeroni 🤌anyway, i walked nto the Cool Springs Galleria Food Court in the Cool Springs Galeria Mall expecting greatness, childlike wonder, and sauciness. little did i know ……….. in 1985, nintendo released the first game EVER called mario (actually it was the ancient reomans) so Mario was a squat italian man with an everygrowing appetite for spachettti. and MEATBALA!! however, one day mario made the grave mistake of playing a new level called Cool Springs (oh and the ancient romans yada yada) so the ancient romans made PIzza and they made bylaws that said that pizza should not be greasy tinky spinky its BIG pizza trying to SILENCE us… Mr Bro more like mr SBARRO! so lets get into it. the first ting i noticed (i live in toronno) was that the servers hair was a greasy as caesars peniza. it was SO greased that you needed a magnifyign class! MARIO MUSHROOMS. everybody loves hte, especially BIG mario (whe he ea ™ ushrom) unfortunately, when i ate the mushroom pizza, i got big too. because of th egrease hair and big pizza which is AGAINSt the sauciness rule saucines rule . it was very hot, like the pizza/bread/sticks/ and me with my pizza BIG PROBEMS was that the pizza was hummy when it was hot, but at room temp, NOt. thats why they heat up the pizza. they used many flames to heat it. suaciness saenis It was NOT againstt, get big is saucy and ustomers should nOT be getting saucy (in the restaurant) (maybe in the bathroom ;) } FENT. about the confusing layout, the fact that my card DECLINEDQ! MEOw. 🐱I don't fux with these breadsticks. too MUCH sasoning to be eatening, not ENUF shaft/stick. anywwhole, um, BIG SBARFRO is GREDASY, it is TINKY, is SPINKY, breaking the SACHiNES RULE, and hahs saeis. NOT good. bad. in BIG JESUS name, BIG AMEN....

A picture is worth a thousand words. See the photos of the pizza they charged me $23 for and asked why i was charged by the slice rather then $14 for a large pizza. Horrible! Unfortunately, photos don't reflect unfriendly customer service. Used to like the large thin crust from Sbarro's 10, 20, 30 years ago. It's gone downhill to the point where I will not be returning again! I also wanted to mention I selected four slices of pepperoni and four slices of cheese so they could simply reheat them and I could get home cuz I was in a hurry with my daughters. Instead they decided to bake me an entire new pizza and have me wait when I told them I didn't want them to do that. Didn't take 8 minutes like they said it took 35 minutes because they burnt the first one. After I asked if I could simply take four slices that are already made and I'll reheat them when I get home she insisted no no no I'll make another Pizza so I waited even longer with an impatient seven year old and hungry 11 year old. What a disappointment! What a horrendous Pizza I received. He asked me to contact customer service. Why should I bother? They need to retrain their staff or replace them.

Reached out to customer service. They simply stated "Thanks for letting us no" Sbarro CSR you can find me all over the internet. Reach out to me and provide me with a replacement large pizza.

I was in the Cool Srpings Mall yesterday and walked by Sbarro. Ordered a slice and large $14 pizza to go. It was much better. Crispy and the new staff were great! Huge improvement! Extremely overpriced and not worth the money! We ordered sandwiches and we're very unimpressed. The sandwiches are mostly bread. They literally had almost nothing on them. Skimpy is putting it mildly. I couldn't eat my philly cheesesteak because it had mushrooms and I am allergic. I've never even seen a philly cheesesteak that had mushrooms before....ever. I went to the counter to get something I could eat and when I was telling the man at the counter about not being able to eat it because of my allergy and before I could get another word out he opened the register and said here's your money back and practically threw it at me. We'll never eat here again and this place really needs to work on having a counter employee who has customer service skills. The man who was here when we visited was rude and just didn't care. Also, their menu doesn't tell you what's on the sandwiches at all. It just says the name and the prices. No description at all. If they had a description I wouldn't have ordered the cheesesteak I would have ordered something else. Go somewhere else and eat and spend your money where they appreciate...
