Le Macaron Cool Springs — Restaurant in Franklin

Went to the mall for my birthday and wanted to get some macarons. After waiting 10 minutes or more we decided to call the number on the sign sitting on the counter which read “call this number for immediate service”. After calling the number, it said it was no longer in service. Just as we were about to walk away the lady walks up. My mom says “Hey how are you!” And she proceeds to ignore her and take her time messing with something under the counter. When she finally gets up she says “What can I get you?” My mom tells her “Hi! We just wanted to let you know we tried calling the number on the sign but it’s out of service.” You would think this is something you would want to know so that you can fix it or at least put away the sign right? Well apparently not because the lady replied with “Okay? What can I get you.” In a really snappy tone. When my mom started to say “Well I just thought you might want to know…” she interrupts her and again repeats “OKAY? What can I get you??” We decided to just walk away instead. There was no reason to be so rude ESPECIALLY since there was not a single sign up that said she was on break or gone for a minute. So these are by far the best macarons I have ever ever ever had. I’m so pleased with the natural, authentic French ingredients. This is the way macarons, or all our food, should be made - nothing artificial. The texture was absolutely perfect. The taste - I’ve no words!!! (And yet, here I am writing words😊) I’ve had a lot of different macarons over my 48 years, and never any as good as these. My two boys and i specifically tried the Belgian chocolate, birthday cake, tiramisu, pistachio, bubble gum, and Colombian coffee. Every one a hit. I can’t wait to try all the other flavors. I appreciate the effort gone to to make the best possible recipe. I also appreciate the extreme kindness of Donnie who tended to me while I was at the Cool Springs Galleria location. Had a birthday party for a friend. I was so excited to get macarons. Went there, store closed! Called Nashville location, she said they don't have anyone to work. So, I drove to the Murfreesboro location, just because it is closer to my home. The manager was at lunch so there was a clueless, and I mean clueless, teenager and her boyfriend was sitting inside.
