I hate leaving bad reviews but I must do so here. I checked this place out online and the prices seemed great. After visiting the store I quickly learned the prices were 3x as much in the store than online. So, I placed an online order on Saturday. Their website says orders are usually shipped within 24 hours and that shipping is 1 business day. I figured I would receive it by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I called Tuesday to check the status and the guy in the phone said it was going to ship that day, so I should have had it Wednesday. Well, today is Wednesday and nothing arrived so I messaged them via their website and said, “If this order has not shipped yet, I am requesting a refund of the full amount”. Just bought the Aegis two weeks ago went in today the kid behind the counter was helpful the mgr on the phone not so much. The mod took a dump on me and after showing the guy behind the counter the reviews on the mod having the same problem everywhere else he then offered to look up my transaction in the system and offered to replace my mod.
