We do a significant portion of our shopping here, but what I experienced today was truly absurd. I bought a yogurt from this store, and when I opened it, I found out it was spoiled and sour. When I went to return it, they refused, claiming that since the package was opened, they couldn’t take it back. But how else could I have known it was bad without opening it? No sane person can determine whether a product is spoiled without first tasting or smelling it.
To make things worse, they told me that refunding $15 would be a loss for them—as if customer satisfaction means nothing. Reply: We don't need to talk privately. Adding a label listing the ingredients would be beneficial for your customers and...
