HORRIBLE SERVICE ā NEVER SHOP HERE!
This was the most infuriating experience Iāve ever had at a store. I went to Advance Auto Parts to return an item, and not only did they refuse to take it back despite the fact that I had the receipt and the item was untouched, but when I asked to speak to the manager, they hit me with: āThe managerās not available.ā
Seriously? How does a store not have a manager available to deal with customer issues? They couldnāt give me a straight answer about when the manager would be there, and they had the audacity to tell me to come back another day! Are they running a business or a circus? Iām supposed to waste more of my time because they canāt staff their store properly? Unbelievable!
The staff was completely unprofessional, rude, and acted like my return was my problem, not theirs. No one cared, no one was willing to help, and clearly, they have no clue what customer service even means. Itās outrageous that a company this big canāt handle a simple return, and to make matters worse, they donāt even have a manager on site to deal with issues.
This place is an absolute JOKE. They donāt honor their own policies, they waste your time, and they couldnāt care less about their customers. If youāre thinking about going to Advance Auto Parts, DONāT. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that actually knows how to treat people.
I will NEVER go back, and Iāll make sure everyone I know steers clear of this disaster of a store.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was headed to the beach today with my 3 kids when my check engine light came on and wasnt running properly. I turned around and went to advanced auto like I have a million times. I went in and asked if they could come out and hook the machine up and give me a reading. The lady refused and said I could do it. I was in shock. I just stopped by here 2 months ago and a guy came out and did it for me, printed the codes I needed and I was on my way. I explained to her I wasnt sure how it worked. She replied "just plug it in" š³š³ I was speechless. I gave her back her machine and drove next door to auto zone where the gentleman was happy to come and help me. After finding the part I needed I purchased it and went on about my day. If she would have helped me I would have solved my problem there instead of at autozone. Hope your customer service improves or I'll continue to...

First, efficiency, knowledge, customer service, and consistency have been great, the product Iāve needed was there like they said. On a business note, I work retail and can usually get a feel for how things operate and being in the industry you just notice things. Iāve seen them slammed and the team worked together really well. I saw what seemed to be the manager on duty (tall skinny guy?) cranking it out alongside his crew which is refreshing to see.
