I just had, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience of my life in this store. I think my order of "one pepperoni pizza and one sausage pizza" got lost in translation with the lady at the counter and after waiting around 8-10 minutes a different employee came out and I received one pizza with pepperoni AND sausage. As the price of a 2 topping pizza and 2 one topping pizzas might be similar, plus I ordered a 2 liter, I didn't catch it until the order was fulfilled but I immediately told them it was incorrect. The employee then went back to talk with the manager. The lady that rung me up then returned and began to say "you want cheese? I have cheese" over and over. I began to get more and more confused while trying to talk to her and began to notice other employees in the kitchen looking and laughing. I assumed she was suggesting she would just give me a cheese pizza for my troubles and I would leave so I said yes. The lady then said "okay total is..." I was shocked and immediately stopped her. Then the gentleman returned from talking to the manager and said "okay you're options are; wait another 20 minutes for us to make the order correctly, or pay for another pizza." I felt like I was being shaken down for another 10 bucks. Anyway I paid and then he said "Okay 10-15 minutes". The manger Jamie was incredibly rude and after waiting hours to speak with her she insisted I bring the raw pizza back even though it’s right before closing if I want a remake- no refund. I called when I got the raw pizza multiple times and she didn’t answer until 2.5 hours later after I had to make other dinner arrangements. My expectations are very low, all I want is edible. The customer service is 0/10. UPDATE. It somehow got worse… I saved my old pizza and receipt to get a refund and Jamie the rude manger didn’t know how to do refunds and had to call the “district manager” to talk her through it. The “district manger” and Jamie were speaking very rudely in Spanish about me (I brought my Spanish speaking boyfriend). The “district manager” responded to my email complaint about Jamie being wildly disrespectful and inappropriate saying since I got a refund there was nothing left to do and to have a nice day. The cashier went an asked it wasn't a problem then all of sudden I was told the sausage had delivered and that if I wanted the sausage instead of the bacon i said no ill take the bacon. Then a woman in the back said no she has to take the sausage and you can not substitute any for something else. Rude that's for sure! After being told a few different things. I waited for the pizza and when I got home to enjoy the pizza it was undercooked! The dough almost felt gooey, the green peppers were not cook and the mushrooms weren't even cut in half, the onions where in big chunks. It was gross.
