Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

My boyfriend and I stopped here on a road trip yesterday and needless to say we’re definitely going somewhere else next time. We went inside and ordered on the kiosk and then waited 15 minutes for our food. No big deal but there was no one else inside and the drive thru only had a few cars in it (I wouldn’t consider it to be busy). Finally we received our food. We each got a grilled cheese burrito and they were both burnt to a crisp. I wish I took a picture because they were literally black on each side. My boyfriend didn’t even try to eat his, but I peeled the burnt cheese part off and sufficed it because I was starving. My soft taco was ok, nothing special. My boyfriend also got 3 Doritos locos tacos and couldn’t even eat the third one because the first 2 were basically all sour cream. We didn’t even try our 2 Cinnabon delights because we were scared. The bathrooms were gross, the table we sat at was sticky like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. And I also work in fast food so I’m not one to complain! It just sucks we didn’t even take the GC burrito up to the register to ask for a new one or a refund because I know those Taco Bell workers don’t give a crap lol. Just...

Well,I was disappointed in the food quality. Not how it was prepared - just the quality of the food. We got the nacho Grande nacho plate, a bean burrito and a tostada each and the one dollar bean burritos were the best part of the meal. The tostada was a running mess and the nachos weren't much better. The nacho chips were greasy and it just didn't match the old one dollar nacho plates we used to get at Taco Bell. I guess when you can go to several other places to get real tacos like Anita's or others ,the Bell has to cut corners to meet a certain price point. Next time we'll get what we usually get - the ten pack taco box half soft ,half hard tacos. Might get some more of those dollar beef burritos again too. Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 30 minutes tonight. I didn't complain or anything just asked if there was a way for me leave after about 10 minutes but I was blocked in by other cars. After finally getting to the window to pay it took another 10 minutes to make my food. Overall it was an hour trip to taco bell, no employee told me why I had to wait or much less apologize. I was charged full price and my new toasted cheddar chulupa came out a regular chulupa so after all that the food for me was wrong. I was in the drive thru almost an hour in total. This place needs to just close and someone needs to make this right! Don't believe me just check the drive thru times. This was a joke! UPDATE....Second time now where Ive received the worst Mexican...
