Couldn’t honestly say anything about this place because when I stopped in to get audio work done; the guy behind the counter seemed less than interested. Which is a shame since I walked in with a budget of $5,000 for an amazing audio system. He kept suggesting the “cheap option” and then simply took down my number and said he’d call me, which was a week ago. He genuinely seemed more interested in having his hanging out conversation with the other guy that was there than he was in making money. It’s a sad day when a place has so many high reviews (which is why I chose to bring my new car to him) and this is the experience I get. For the simple fact that he doesn’t seem to want or need the work; I would not recommend bringing your car here for audio. There’s too many other places that will at least talk to you about what you’re looking for instead of constantly suggesting the cheapest and...

A couple summers ago, I approached Don with a non-audio project of installing cab roof lights on my truck. He gave me an hourly quote via e-mail, I arrived with the parts and a taped-on outline of where I wanted the lights. He explained what needed to be done and how he would perform the job. The lights only needed to be tapped into the parking lamp so that made things easier. By close of business, the nice lady working the front desk had called to let me know the work was finished. I asked about their card processing fees and was offered a discount if I brought cash. I eagerly went to the ATM, took a rideshare to the shop and picked up my truck. A+ work! I went here to get a remote start installed for my vehicle. I don't like going to places like Best Buy because the installers are not as good, and honestly, many of them don't know what they are doing.

The owner, Don, talked to me, answered all my questions, showed me several different models, and explained the pros and cons of each. It was obvious that he knew the products and helped me make an informed decision but didn't pressure me to buy the more expensive option.

The install was clean, and it works great. I prefer the smaller shops because of the service like this and I will go back again and recommend him...
