My last visit through drive service to this Starbucks was completely dissapointed. At least I stop in this starbucks 2 or 3 times a month since it is on my route in the morning to my job. After waiting about 5mns when they take my order, they made me repeat it about 3 times. After about 12 mns out of time, I have to stop and I make the observation to the young female employee that the service was delayed. Just to say that, she had her headphones removed and started screaming at me saying, "What do you say? I did not understand you!" As she did not let me explain, I just told her, that I'm a customer and should not be treated so rude and, the least she could do was apologize, I asked her to talk to the manager, who tried to make me feel better by asking me if she offered me something else avoiding the reason for the dissapointing. So without wanting to take this any further, I just told her that her employee was very rude and for NOTHING professional.
I’m so disappointed in this Starbucks. Literally, every other Starbucks in Fredericksburg, is much more friendly and efficient. To address things more specifically, they weren’t rude, they had manners and were polite but made no effort to shine with their customer service like all other Starbucks I go to. Their efficiency is terrible. I place all my orders through the app and even though it says my order will be ready in 4-9 minutes, I still go towards 15-20 minutes and my order still isn’t ready, I end up waiting. I work in a restaurant business and I manage it and I can recognize when they’re too busy to get to an online order but this happens every single time. When they’re busy, when they’re slow. It doesn’t matter. The only person I took notice should get appreciated is a young lady who was wearing a plaid shirt, cuffed jeans and a scrunchy, she was the only staff member looking like she was trying her hardest and best to move with a sense of urgency to get orders out in a reasonable time and she was doing it by herself. Read morePlaced a mobile drive through order, but when we got there, he said it wasn’t ready, so I tried to see if there was a way to cancel the mobile order, and place it through the drive-through, since evidently they take go first. he said he could not cancel the mobile order and that there were quite a few in front of me so that I would have to pull around and wait. I waited for a while, but had to leave to drop my kids off at school so I called to let them know that I wouldn’t be out there for them to bring the order out, and the guy told me that if I come back by, they could give me a refund. Yet somehow, they couldn’t do that when I was still there! I don’t have time to go back by, and they wasted their time making three drinks that they can’t give to anybody, so if you place a mobile order, be prepared to wait because they do not push it through for you at the drive-through.
