Workers walking around talking, working on vehicle on the side, employees literally standing around doing nothing. Looks like 6-8 employees and takes 2 hours to do oil change on 4 cars. Lines are backed up and no hustle from workers at all. Definitely recommend somewhere else. Wish I could give 0 stars 2 hours and still waiting
Let me update my review since they wanted to respond and say it was because of the holiday rush. It was because the manager George brought his personal truck on the side and 3 workers went to work on his truck, stand around and talk, not the holiday. The manager took them all off to work on his truck and ignore customers. Also they did not even put the right amount of oil in my truck i had to tell them it needed more and then they went to go get the other manager that was sitting in his car to look it up then add oil to my truck because they put the wrong amount in. When finished they told me their printer was broken and could not print me an invoice. ā¹ļø They said one would be emailed to me, but I never received an invoice or confirmation the service was performed. Today, I went in for service. The website said the location opened at 7:30am. I arrived at 7:40 and there were 4 cars waiting and the doors were not open. I called and someone at corporate answered... Long time before I was transferred to the location itself. That person has an attitude and said the website is wrong .. they don't open until 8am. I asked if their printer was fixed and was told "No, their printer is still broken and they have gone to a paperless system. " I like to keep paper copies of all maintenance records and that should be an option. With the guys too bad/ too sad attitude... I left this location AND...
