As someone that understands business, and someone that is passionate about the processes of it. I can see where the management here might be really failing their front line employees.

I have a server who was very charismatic, sweet, kind, and really busy. She is a newer server therefore had trouble finding things on her ordering system. She also had a few other tables that were being underserved as well.

My wife and I were seated immediately at 6:30 and we were able to pay the bill and walked out at 8:00pm. My wife didn’t receive her soup when the food FINALLY got brought out. Our drink were brought to us 25 minutes after ordering (water and Mountain Dew) and when my food arrived it didn’t have the additional bacon. NOW, once I finally got my food, and my wife got her complete order. The food was great, borderline amazing honestly. But the server blamed it on the kitchen and there was a lack of ownership, which shows a lack of training in my opinion. Also, my Mountain Dew was $5.00 (which my server agreed is crazy expensive) and my wife’s drink that she did order from the bar was $12.75 which is also outrageous.

Management, if you’re seeing this. Reassure your team understands that it’s always “We!” It wasn’t my servers fault, according to her, but in a true team focused environment, you don’t want to create division between your front facing employees and your “behind the scenes” employees.

Again, my food was amazing, my service was not. And to top it off, the manager watched us walk right past him, in knowing that we weren’t satisfied, and wished us a “have a great evening” rather then welcoming this feedback in person.

If you’re a customer reading this. You will not be disappointed with the food, if you can get it correctly, you might however, be disappointed with your service, of which I know with correct training and passionate leadership, that this...

TLDR: this place is AWESOME and needs to be tried! I have door dashed food from this location a handful of times, and it has always been great. I finally had the opportunity to go and sit down and eat dinner in the place and so can finally write a true review.

Food is top notch, and I feel the prices match what you are getting. I have had burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, mac & cheese, and several sides from this place....all great!!

Service is where they shine as much as their food. My wife has dietary restrictions due to allergies, and there are many other places this has been an issue. Not here...it was a breath of fresh air to see they had a separate GF menu, and were more than happy to go and check ingredients on other items to help accommodate. They changed how they prepared some items just so my wife could enjoy her meal. The manager even came out to make sure we were good to go, and what little suggestions we had on things we had discovered for food alternatives they were happy to listen and we felt heard.

Atmosphere is a sports bar vibe, and it has the noise one would expect, but not so insane you couldn't talk with those in the same booth as you. It was clean, comfortable, and really just relaxing. I was able to enjoy my food, the time with my family, and not stress about those small things you only notice when aren't already taken care of.

I am so happy this location is nearby, and between the food and service, they have earned a lifelong customer. I hope the staff sees this review and knows how much it was appreciated, and your effort and sincerity sets you above a lot of other places I have been to. Again, thank you!

First of all this was a fantastic restaurant experience. We were seated promptly upon arrival at about noon on a Friday. Susan was our nice server. She was Seahawked up for Blue Friday. Go Hawks. I had weird taste buds or something because, I ordered a Jalapeño Cream Cheese Burger with a side of Au Jus to dip it in. I sliced the burger in half for easy dipping and it was fire in the best way🔥Not to spicy but good flavor. I also ate the fried jalapeño on top; first to see if it was crazy hot, which it wasn’t, also my kid ate a grip of my tater tots, so I was still hungry. Washed it all down with a cold 22oz Mac n Jack's. My wife ordered the gluten free cheeseburger 🍔 added bacon 🥓 and a side salad with ranch and the white gummy bear drop. She liked the burger and said that they have good ranch. She also liked the drink. After coloring the snowman on his menu... blue. My 4 yr old ordered fish n chips, but had fruit instead with a peach lemonade. He ate all of the fish and half of my tots, everything but his honeydew and cantaloupe. The food was well cooked overall and they have reasonable prices to me. It came in at I think $61 + tip? They have pretty fast service and a friendly and attentive staff. 5 noms. Nom...
