I have had some rough experiences with gravity in the past. I'm a fair distance from the coffee shops in all directions, so when I always go (every single day) and they are out of the ingredients for my drinks, it's a little upsetting.

After paying more for and getting the wrong drink too many times at other locations, I started making the drive daily to this location on 176th, and the gals in the morning are great. Tressa is my favorite! She has such a fun and kind personality. She is genuinely empathetic and caring. She makes a point to get to know her customers and remember them and their drinks. She will even begin my drink before I even make it to the window if she sees my car. Every morning that she works, she asks how I'm doing and makes conversation.
