Unfortunately if I could give a “Zero” to this office I would. Too many negatives! The doctor Dr. Gnosh does not follow up with patient results and her office clerks are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Too many errors with the urine test specimens because the office staff is too incompetent. They threw away my urine sample! The Waiting Time is Endless! The waiting time is anywhere between 2 hours and onward! They have no consideration for the patient’s waiting time at the office. It is a hardship to get an appointment in this office because the office is always closed. The irresponsible office staff will not call you when you have a scheduled appointment if the doctor is unavailable on your scheduled appointment time. You have to figure it out on your own! Be very very wary of this doctor’s office! This doctor is more eager to make money $$$$ than to provide service to the patient. I recently received the bill from the doctor and to this day have not received a phone call from the doctor with my test results!!! Be careful not be pressured into prostate surgery!! Get a second opinion because your numbers may not be as terrible as you think due to your age especially with enlarged prostates. I will never even recommend this doctor’s office to my...

This is the first negative review I've ever given on ANY business. But I've never had an experience like this and feel compelled to share it. I was hung up on by Kim in the Freehold office as I was trying to understand her rationale for firing me as a patient of the office.

Apparently I hit a threshold for the amount of times I have needed to change an appointment and Kim left me a message saying that I am no longer allowed to be seen there. Needing to change an appointment 3 times in a month seems like a lot but I had meniscus surgery, an ear infection and was deathly ill and just had a sudden business trip get planned which required me to call today to reschedule my appointment in two days.

I called the office and was starting to explain why I had to reschedule those appointments and even offered to provide proof of those other medical issues when I was hung up on. This after being a patient at this office...

The office was clean. The waiting room is small. We saw the Physician's Assistant Danielle. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain an upcoming procedure and answered our questions. It has been over 2 months since they were supposed to schedule a procedure and the Office has not called. Tried calling several times and left messages, still no call back. They always ask what Insurance do you have, when scheduling procedures and follow up visits. My reply is "the same Insurance I had when I set up today's appointment!" They always say that " the schedule for next month is not available yet." No matter what time of the month it is. The Doctor and Physician's assistant are nice, but judging by the Office Staff and their scheduling procedures, I have to believe that this is the way the Doctors want the Office run and therefore I can not recommend...
