CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Freehold Township

I was disappointed when I got my first experience with an CVS Pharmacy manager Shalin Patel. I came to get my first dose of vaccine and was excited about it. But after 30 min of waiting, the fact that there was no line in front of me, I finally saw a manager. He was really in rush and blamed CVS management that they short in staff. He brought a syringe with unknown liquid and stated that it was Moderna vaccine. When I asked him to show me the vial and withdraw the vaccine in front me He started to be aggressive and rude said that nobody asked him about this before. Very rude staff including the pharmacist I spoke with. I was rushed off the phone. First the tech tried to give me medication advice until I finally asked her are you the pharmacist?? When I did speak with the pharmacist he proceeded to try and give me advice on a medication for my daughter and he didn’t even have her profile pulled up to verify what medication it was and initially said the medication is good for a year and than when I described the discrepancy in directions he said it was only good for 2 weeks. If I could give zero stars, I would. This CVS pharmacy has been consistently unprofessional and unhelpful. The staff is rude and dismissive, showing little regard for how they speak to customers. I left three voicemails and didn’t receive a call back until hours after my third attempt. I urgently needed my seizure medication filled and was told they couldn’t do it simply because the original prescription wasn’t from their location — despite it being an active, valid prescription. They also rarely have my medications in stock, which forced me to switch to a pharmacy much farther away just to receive the care I need. I absolutely do not recommend...
