Updating my review with another horrible experience. If someone from CVS corporate office cares about it, they should investigate this location. My child's antibiotic was phone ordered by her pediatrician to this location. When I did not get any information about the order I called the pharmacy and after going through a lot of annoying hoops of automatic calling option, I was able to get hold of a pharmacy team member and he cut me off after saying 'hello'!! I called again and eventually was able to get hold of another team member. She informed me that the drug is on back order and will be available after two days. Are you kidding me? A sick child has to wait for two days to start the prescription. I asked her to check around the other CVS outlets and transfer the prescription over there. She 'checked' and 'found' that it was only available one of the far away location and I have to call to the pharmacy for them to pull the prescription. When I asked why can't she transfer the prescription, she replied 'well, this is the process'. I hung up and decided to call other close by locations and guess what? The first nearby outlet did have the medicine and it was available within 15 minutes!! The pharmacist was surprised to learn that Main Street staff was not able/willing to help me locate the availability of the prescription and transfer it. Not only the Pharmacy manger of this location is rude and ill mannered, most of the staff members are obnoxious, lazy and inefficient. They have shorted me on the pills a couple of times. The pills are 6 BID and for 90 days supply, that's a lot of pills. I only realized towards the end of the 90 days when I ran out the pills 15 days earlier. Same thing was repeated for another pill prescription. Next time I was careful and counted the pills as soon as I get home and guess what, the pills were well short of 90 days supply. I was furious and went right back to the pharmacy to get a lame excuse that the tech might have miscounted which was just BS as those were the sealed bottles and the order was short of one full bottle. I report it to them CVS but seems like it is their corporate policy!!! And it is not the only issue, the staff especially the pharmacy manager is one of the worst people that you can deal with. Extremely rude, impatient, inefficient and discriminator towards the people who are not in majority. Avoid this pharmacy...
Read moreThe only CVS I have my child's prescription is to this one I called today after speaking to my sona doctor confirming that she is sending the prescription. I speak to this pharmacist ken I gave him my sons info which automatically should be part of there system and told him the meds were already called in. Ken not only said that my sons info did not exist, he also was giving me the name of a medication that he decided to come up with which had nothing to do with the one I said he said it didn't exist either . What in the world is going on????!! If I was not determine to speak to the head pharmacist I would have had to wait for the following day to call the doctor to confirm that the info that the pharmasict Kevin was completely wrong !!! Read moreThis may not happen to everyone or it might this is my version. I give this place one star because of the service after the process not during or before. As I needed my Rx for myself I was encountered with the drop off helper. There were also two more staff members working, one as the drive thru and filling and another on the pick up and packing. I drop off the script with no problem what caught my eye was when I picked up the medicine from the drive thru I was waiting for about a good 20 minutes. Called twice was told just to wait. Before leaving to get food in me for the medicine I noticed the drive thru was waiting only minutes. So when I waited for the same people to service my medicine I was not attended as a customer if not as a number. And if that number was not in sequence with the number inside these people's brain sorry for my anology.
